Jordan Arnold

Founding Principal Jordan Arnold has deep experience in law enforcement and high trust risk advisory and investigative services.

Before founding Jetty Partners, Jordan was executive vice president and global head of private client services at a leading global consulting firm. 

Prior to his consulting career, as a member of the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, Jordan investigated and prosecuted homicide, kidnapping, extortion, stalking, bank robbery, art crime, and thefts within judicial chambers, the police commissioner’s office, cultural institutions, and luxury hotels. He also led the creation of the District Attorney’s Financial Intelligence Unit.

A dedicated partner to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices, as well as executives of funds, asset managers, and private and publicly held companies, Jordan regularly advises clients throughout the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, and Latin America.

Jordan’s work is focused on helping clients take proactive steps to manage risk and avoid harm, and he also helps resolve situations and develop evidence of wrongdoing. This latter work has, in some cases, resulted in law enforcement referrals and in the arrest, conviction, and incarceration of those targeting his clients. 

A certified mediator, Jordan is a member of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution and holds a certificate in mediation from Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation.

Outside of work, Jordan is an active-duty firefighter with the heavy rescue and marine squads of his community’s volunteer fire department.

Nicoletta Kotsianas

Co-Founding Principal Nicoletta Kotsianas is a journalist-turned-investigator with a proven track record in leading high-stakes inquiries and extracting valuable and routinely actionable information for clients.

She has broad experience managing cases and building teams to service the risk advisory needs and investigative objectives of laws firms, C-suite executives, board members and high net worth individuals.

Nicoletta is also a seasoned expert in conducting and leading multinational teams in global asset tracing assignments, including in sovereign matters. She also has deep experience supporting clients in proxy and short-seller battles.

Before co-establishing Jetty Partners, Nicoletta was a managing director at two leading global consulting firms where she also specialized in managing litigation support cases and internal investigations.

Nicoletta began her career in financial journalism, and her well-honed interview skills are relied upon to help clients build case narratives and connect dots, whether speaking to threat actors, whistleblowers, or fact witnesses. She has managed hundreds of investigations including for clients across all major business sectors, and delivered game changing results in matters including, but not limited to, M&A, pre-investment, and ESG due diligence, allegations of fraud, waste, and abuse, and attribution research.

Nicoletta is also a trusted advisor to clients on fraud and scam matters and her groundbreaking work has resulted in multiple law enforcement referrals and arrests. This work includes her lead role in the takedown of a highly publicized international fraudster known as The Con Queen of Hollywood. In that case, which has garnered international media coverage, Nicoletta was instrumental in unraveling an epic scam that spanned three continents over more than a decade and took in hundreds of victims.

When not digging on behalf of her clients, Nicoletta is a proud Girl Scout leader, and dance and baseball Mom.

Victoria Sears Goldman

Co-Founding Managing Director Victoria Sears Goldman is a seasoned investigator and trusted advisor with extensive experience identifying, assessing, and managing risk for clients.

Previously a senior practitioner on the investigations and private client teams at a leading global consulting firm, Victoria was sought after for her investigative acumen, work ethic, and ability to unearth actionable data through creative research strategies.

Victoria has successfully unmasked anonymous bad actors across the U.S. and globally, and managed deanonymization workflows for large-scale monitoring engagements for high-profile corporate and individual clients, including analyzing and prioritizing alerts, and escalating threats to the client and to law enforcement as needed.

Victoria also conducts targeted investigations involving sensitive circumstances, many of which enable client teams and, in some cases, law enforcement, to take decisive action in furtherance of her clients’ privacy and security interests. 

Additionally, Victoria has deep expertise using proprietary databases, open-source, and public records to conduct pre-transactional, pre-employment, and other targeted due diligence research for an array of clients, including law firms, private equity and asset management firms, hedge funds, and corporate clients.

Jane Levine

Managing Consultant Jane Levine is a former federal prosecutor and proven expert in governance, risk, and compliance, with extensive experience as a leader in the field of international global compliance.

Prior to working with Jetty Partners and co-founding The Art Risk Group, Jane was an Executive Team member and the first Chief Compliance Officer of DailyPay, an industry-leading consumer finance technology platform.

Before DailyPay, Jane served as Chief Global Compliance Counsel at NYSE-listed Sotheby’s, where she was also the Head of Government and Regulatory Affairs and a member of the Executive Management Committee. 

Previous to Sotheby’s, Jane served for 10 years as an Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) with the Southern District of New York where she prosecuted many high-profile white-collar crimes. Earlier in her career, Jane was an attorney with the Paul Weiss and Proskauer law firms.

Jane has extensive expertise in financial compliance, including rules and regulations governing international anti-money laundering, sanctions, and anti-corruption; anti-fraud; conflicts of interest; transactional and sales integrity; employee breaches and misconduct; import and export controls; third party and vendor due diligence; and data governance, cybersecurity, and privacy.

Jane currently serves as an adjunct lecturer at Columbia Law School; she was a Presidential Appointee under President Obama to the Cultural Property Advisory Committee overseeing the implementation of the 1970 UNESCO Convention; she sits on the board of the U.S. Committee for the Blue Shield; and she is a founding board member of the Beyond #MeToo organization.

Bonnie Sard

Managing Consultant Bonnie Sard is a former Executive Assistant District Attorney and Chief of Administration and Legal Hiring at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office and is an expert in organizational best practices, structure, and efficiencies.

At Jetty Partners, Bonnie leads public and private sector client engagements focused on performance optimization and she also manages internal investigations, risk assessments, and the development, review, and improvement of policies and procedures.

As the chief administrative officer of the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, Bonnie managed the internal operations of the Office, including human resources, risk management, office support, and facilities operation and management. She also designed and delivered training to legal and support staff on Office policies, including ethical responsibilities, and led internal investigations.

Prior to serving on the District Attorney’s executive staff, Bonnie served as a trial lawyer, Deputy Bureau Chief, Bureau Chief, and as inaugural Chief of the Conviction Integrity Program (CIP). As a line prosecutor, Bonnie handled and tried a wide variety of cases including complex homicides, sex crimes and stalking cases. She supervised over 40 ADAs on pre- and post-grand jury investigations and trials of felony and misdemeanor cases. In her role as CIP Chief, Bonnie was in charge of preventing wrongful convictions and addressing claims of actual innocence made on behalf of convicted individuals.

Bonnie is also a senior attorney with the Prosecutors' Center for Excellence, helping prosecutors' offices around the country improve operations and enhance performance.

Bonnie has lectured at various law schools and conferences on prosecutorial ethics, best practices, trial advocacy, criminal procedure, and evidence. She is also a frequent contributor on local, national and international news outlets on topics in criminal law.

David Etue

David Etue is a Senior Advisor at Jetty Partners with deep market, technical and strategic expertise in cybersecurity, intelligence and managed services. He is a Certified CISO, Certified Information Privacy Professional, and a Fellow at the National Security Institute.

David brings over 20 years of experience to working with Jetty Partners clients on proactive cybersecurity and protective intelligence engagements, and in a reactive capacity, to leading response to and remediation of cyber incidents. He also works closely with the firm’s external partners in network security, incident response, offensive security, and threat intelligence.

As the former CEO of Nisos, David led an organization that defined and became the award winning leader of the Managed Intelligence market, with offerings backed by one of the top open-source  intelligence (OSINT) and cyber intelligence analysis capabilities in the private sector.

Prior to Nisos, David was Global Head of Managed Security Services at BlueVoyant and before that, Vice President of Managed Services at Rapid7, where he drove creation, execution and strategic vision of the managed services offerings globally.

Previously, he led identity and data protection business development at Gemalto and was also cybersecurity practice lead at PRTM (acquired by PwC), where his focus included cyber supply chain integrity and secure cloud strategies. David was also head of products and markets at Fidelis Security Systems (acquired by General Dynamics.)

Earlier in his career, David led General Electric's global computer security program, was a member of the GE Information Management Council, and served as an original member of GE's Global E-Commerce team.

Kevin Dooley

Senior Advisor Kevin Dooley has nearly two decades of distinguished experience as a safety and security executive for some of the nation’s most significant planned events, top professional sports teams, and largest entertainment complexes. His expertise spans security and incident management, event planning and operations, guest services, facility management, and transportation and parking services.

At Jetty Partners, Kevin leads facility, public venue, and event risk assessments; evaluates and enhances safety and security programs; drafts emergency and risk management policies, procedures, and protocols; and for clients hosting events, designs plans for and provides on-site safety and security leadership.

Kevin has held senior safety and security leadership roles with and ensured operational success for organizations including MLB’s San Diego Padres and the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks, San Antonio Spurs, and Charlotte Hornets. His expertise managing large-scale events includes the Super Bowl, Democratic National Convention, the World Series, NBA Finals, NBA All-Star Games, NCAA Tournaments, soccer and hockey games, and countless conferences and special events.

As a safety and security transformation expert, Kevin has spearheaded projects that include the full-scale renovations of the AT&T Center in Texas and the State Farm arena in Georgia. This work elevated the fan experience at each arena while simultaneously enhancing access control, security systems, and security command centers. Kevin’s work in California enabled Petco Park to attain SAFETY Act Designation and Certification from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Throughout his career, Kevin has prided himself on forging strong partnerships with government agencies and first responders and ensuring compliance with local rules and regulations.

Kevin is an active member of the International Association of Venue Managers (IAVM) and The National Center for Spectator Sports Safety and Security (NCS4), and was named NCS4 Industry Leader under 40 in 2016. Kevin is also a graduate of the Academy for Venue Safety and Security (AVSS) and regularly participates in industry conferences and training programs.

Amy Oringel

Senior Advisor Amy Oringel is a seasoned communications expert who joined Jetty Partners from her executive advisory role at a global risk consulting firm, where she provided strategic counsel to the CEO and leadership team, managed content development across practice areas, and created proprietary industry newsletters.

Amy is also a skilled practitioner who leverages her journalistic research experience to conduct fact-finding, develop critical intelligence, and communicate results with clarity and precision. As an investigative analyst, she has completed Bellingcat’s open-source intelligence (OSINT) program, the University of Denver’s Center for Art Collection Ethics workshop on Nazi-Era Provenance Research, and intensives on proprietary databases and platforms.

A freelance writer for over two decades, Amy’s work has appeared in publications including The New York Times, BusinessWeek, and The Forward. Earlier in her career, Amy was a senior producer of the finance channel at a leading digital media company.
